I think the value for the service is very good. It is less expensive than the BWI lots if you book in advance and the wait for a shuttle is very short. Our shuttle driver on the way back from the airport was super friendly.

Very efficient - quick pickups at facility and airport. Shuttle is clean. However, might be time to replace some of the seat covers - getting cracked.

Quick and easy. As soon as I parked my car the shuttle was right there to pick me up and as soon as I returned to LAX and walked outside the shuttle was there. The shuttle service is the #1 reason I book The Spot versus all others.
