The only minor thing I would say that wasn’t favorable is that when we parked at Sepulveda we watched 7 century vans pass us at the terminal before a Sepulveda one came. That may have been coincidence but it did seem a bit inefficient.

The women greeted us with smiles and positive attitudes. They both have clear instructions. The buses run regularly and there is little to no wait at the airport and at your car. We choose covered parking, so these experiences might be different for uncovered.
