Drivers are friendly and helpful, and vans are clean. Vans make the rounds at the airport more frequently than other parking services. Parking area is well-lit and secure.

Using The Parking Spot has always been convenient and reliable for me. I feel my vehicle is safe there, and getting to the lot is easy — especially since I can use the Commodore Barry Bridge and avoid the Walt Whitman traffic completely.
The daily rate is fair, and the app makes the whole process even better. I like being able to see where the shuttle buses are in real time so I know exactly how long I’ll be waiting. I’ve probably used your service at least 10 times, and every driver I’ve had has been helpful and courteous. They always hand me a card showing where my car is parked, which is great after a long trip when you might forget your spot.
I’ve already recommended The Parking Spot to several friends, and they now use it as well. Overall, it’s been consistently a great experience.
