It’s easy, lots of parking, let’s of shuttles and affordable prices.

I really like that you are picked up and delivered back to your car. The bus was there in just a few minutes to pick us up at the airport.

Driver was very helpful in picking us up late at night and delivering us to our vehicle in very cold weather.

The drivers are always helpful. When I've come in late at night, the driver waits until I pull my car out of the parking space to make sure I'm safe and the care is working properly.

It is a good service that I can count on. It seemed more expensive this time however, I think I was away longer, so I left my car for more days than I have in the past. I also noticed that it looks like I have enough points to get a couple days free. It would be nice to have that information when I am making my reservation. Like a reminder that pops up, for example, "You have 3 days would you like to use the 3 days to lower the cost?"

The buses are always quick to pick up and drop off, the drivers are always helpful and friendly and I never have a problem getting a covered spot.

The staff at the StL Parking Spot3 basically saved my life, particularly Sam. In 3° weather he tried and tried to start my car for me. I was stranded for 2 1/2 hours. The staff let me stay in the office and charge my dead phone while i waited for roadside assistance. I have been a member for several years and tell everyone about the great service. This time was even greater service. Thank you all!

My driver was Marcos and he was amazing. i’m 80 years old and I Had been traveling all day. Delayed planes canceled planes, etc. He was kind, polite, and considerate. He made what had been a bad day a good day. Thank you, Marcos.

The Parking Spot has an efficient system for transport to and from the airport. The shuttle picks you up at your car and loads your suitcase from the trunk into the shuttle. The return trip works the same way. The drivers are personable and helpful.
