Great bunch of drivers. The attendants are happy and friendly at the gate no matter what time I arrive. Last November when my car was over sprayed by a pavement contractor. You manager worked with me and helped me get my vehicle restored.

The valet parking is super easy! We were able to check out on the app when our plane landed and my car was waiting for us when we got off the shuttle!

Typically there is always a shuttle waiting as we park. Very rarely have to wait longer than a minute or two. Also the water at check is amazing after flying!

I love the Parking spot, however, I have noticed that your buses are really old and you could use some new ones.

Also, it would be nice to have some cones for lines to form for each different company. People butt in line when others have been waiting. It really seems to be a problem.

Also, why do you have to scan a QR code once you are in the parking facility. This slows everyone down.

Just some thoughts

The price was reasonable compared to other places. We were also amazed that the bus was right there when we pulled in and parked the car. A week later, our flights were canceled because of the weather. We arrived the next day after 11:00 PM and surprisingly, we didn’t have to wait at all to hop on the Parking Spot bus to take us directly to our car.
