The shuttle service is amazing. The drivers are so kind and knowledgeable.

Easy to schedule, easy to find, friendly shuttle service

Very convenient. It's nice to have someone at the gate to direct you to a row for the shuttle. It's always fast to get a shuttle when you get back from a trip.

Access to facility is easy. When coupons are available they are substantial.

Very little wait time after parking personal vehicle for bus to terminal.
Drop off at appropriate terminal for whichever airline I am flying.

Easy access to my prepaid and reserved spot, van came to pick up almost immediately. Gentleman nicely had us load the van and loaded and unloaded our luggage on his own.
Upon return van was there (at 1:30am) almost immediately after getting our luggage and was just as nice and courteous. Easy to leave, just show QR code to gate attendant and we were on the road! I always use Parking Spot for these reasons and will continue to.

I’ve used this service many times and it’s very convenient. I like how I can just schedule my appt online and add the parking receipt to my Apple wallet with the option to pay now or when I rt. When at the entrance I can scan the bar code from my wallet and proceed to the parking spot.

My vehicle has been very safe there no issues. Upon my rt I can just tap their site/app to request the shuttle to pick me up.

I will continue to use this service as along as it’s available.

This was my first time parking here and I'll definitely be back! Booking my reservation online was seamless and downloading the app made it even easier! Also, the price point was amazing. Parking can really add up, on top of the other traveling expenses, and this is the cheapest lot I've found at BWI. Love that you can quickly collect points towards free parking as well. Upon check in, all I had to do was open my reservation in the app and scan the QR code. So easy! I was told which lane to park in and the shuttle picked me up right at my car and dropped me back off at my car upon my return. Super easy to find the pickup spot at the airport via the app and both drivers were super helpful and polite! 10/10 and I will be back for my next trip!

Close to airport, like the Spot Club perks, buses are always clean and pretty quick.

Very nice folks. I used you guys for the first time the weekend of August 9-11. I had a special request on my return (I was dropped off at the lot and needed to walk to my vehicle). This was late afternoon on Aug 11. We needed to wait for car keys to be delivered (had left them accidentally at my daughters), and the gate attendant offered us water while we waited. She was very polite and let me through, and a shuttle driver saw me walking and offered me a ride. Overall, nice experience and your folks are so nice. Would use you again next time.

I do wish your shuttles had better differentiation between different lots. it is confusing which shuttle bus to get on upon returning

I love the parking spot. My only critique would be that lately there have been a lot of new shuttle drivers and they have varying degrees of 'urgency' when getting you to the airport.
