Great customer service from time we entered lot and left the lot plus the driver;s were fantastic.

Services are usually great. But on Monday, July 6, along with multiple families we had to wait 30 minutes in the parking lot for a shuttle. This created delays with security and we had to rush to make sure our flight wasn't missed. This ordeal gave us anxiety. But coming back from our trip was smooth.

Divers were very courteous and helped with baggage. Busses, however, were bouncy and very rough ride. We will definitely use you again in the future!
