The drivers are friendly. We had to wait about 10 minutes when we originally parked but only had to wait about 5 minutes when we got picked up from the airport. I think the reason we had to wait longer when we originally parked was because we parked in the uncovered parking. In the past, we have always stayed in the covered parking and they were quicker to pick up from that area.

Marcus was the pickup driver at the airport and went above and beyound to ensure that we got back to our vehicle in a timely manner. He loaded, unloaded and put our luggage in my truck and waited to ensure I had no issues when departing the facility.

It’s easy to use and you take us right to the terminal.
The shuttle drivers are very helpful and they come often, and drop you right at your car. I do wish the parking row letters were more prominently displayed in the uncovered lot.
The efficiency of the service and ease of checking in. The wait time for a shuttle is minimal. My car isn’t out in the weather. The employees are helpful.
