Fantastic service and great price. I booked valet parking for a week. Super easy to park the car and hand someone my key, got on the waiting shuttle, and straight to airport. My returning flight was delayed 22 hours. No problem. I used the app to signal I needed the shuttle and it arrived within 5-10 minutes. The driver called ahead so my vehicle was waiting with the key in it. I paid the extra day right (due to my delay) at the gate easily. I have physical limitations and the drivers and worker at Parking Spot volunteered to carry my carry on for me. Thanks!! We will be back.

Ease of access, drivers are nice and friendly, as a member the pricing for parking is discounted, and overall a great service being provided.
I appreciate the pick up at my car in the lot and that there was a bus at DIA waiting for us when we arrived about 1am.
Location and convenience
Very easy to park and be shuttled to and from the airport. The drivers are very courteous and concerned for the safety of the passengers. Unlike MDW Airport shuttle buses where they pack everyone in like sardines in a can, creating a safety concern. Not to mention zero comfort.

Fast and easy; however, when I wanted to tip the driver and didn't have any cash on hand, there was no QR Code on the bus? Don't short change the drivers!!! Give them QR codes.
Our driver fro the airport to the parking lot was very helpful in getting our luggage on the shuttle ad from the shuttle to our truck.

I like Phoenix Parking Spot 1. It is almost completely covered, protection from the Phoenix sun. Shuttle pick up is usually very quick and drop off is convenient to our flight checking. Also, after a long travel day, it is nice to get a cold bottle of water at checkout.
