The facility is easy to get to, the drivers are always there when you get out of your car, the facility is safe and well manned and although not cheap, I think it's worth every penny.

I love the parking spot when I go to the airport but my most recent experience wasn't very good. I waited 30 minutes for a pickup to come that never di. Saw a bus parked at the front and just walked over to see if I can get to the airport.
We have always had great service at the Parking Spot. We don't fly often but when we go on trips, we like to use the Parking Spot because you offer consistent and reliable service. Your drivers are always friendly and helpful and ready to pick us up. Thank You for great customer service!

Great service
Especially for evening flights, I appreciate that the facility is safe, well lit, and staffed with adequate number of professional team members. Everyone is very nice. I also have used the valet service where the car is already pulled up by the time I get to the parking lot. I really appreciate that you guys have thoughtfully placed water fridge by the exit, reliable shuttle service, and clean bathrooms.
Everything from location, parking spot and shuttle. Also great price.
