In the past, I would not have. The attendants were rude and did not want to help with self pay. The busses would drive right past the row. I waited 30 minutes one time. BUT this time, they were great! The attendant when I pulled in was helpful and my driver was helpful and prompt. He gave me a pickup card instead of me having to take a picture of my spot…they wouldn’t always give you a card in the past. The driver also helped me with my bag and didn’t expect a tip…some of the drivers in the past would wait, seemingly with their palm out. When leaving the gentleman at the gate helped me with my payment with a smile and cheerful attitude…he has the nicest Scottish or Irish accent. 😁 This last time my experience was so much better and reminded me of when I initially started to use the Parking Spot 2 so many years ago. Thank you for the opportunity to provide feedback.

When arriving at the airport the one service that is always there is the Parking Spot. other travellers seem to have to wait, but not your customers.

I like that there is no waiting - when you pull in the lot someone basically follows you to your vehicle and you get loaded and on your way. When you return the wait is minimal to get picked up and you are brought directly to your vehicle.
It is the service and covered/protected area that is most attractive to use this location (Pittsburgh)
I am somewhat concerned on the increasing cost. Can there be a discount beginning with day 3 or maybe weekly price?

Quick checking in with the App. Usually only 5 minutes to pick up to go to the airport. Covered parking is a plus, especially with really hot or winter conditions in SLC. On return the checkout is really fast, again with the App and QR code.
Also, like the discounts that come out quite often. Makes it competitive to the airports parking cost.

With all the construction at IAH this is best way to get to airport. Easy in and out! Nice drivers and help with the luggage.
Easy access and close to the Airport
Really enjoyed our service. The only issue was upon arrival. We had 3 bags of luggage and a car seat for a family of four. As I got onto the bus we got rushed by the crowd because there is a no stand policy. Now I know we can’t control people for their rude actions. But they never allowed us to get on before rushing in. Anyway that can be discussed so people can’t be so insensitive. Other than people, the service was very good we will be back.
