Everyone is friendly. The app is very easy to use and it makes checking in and out very fast and easy.
The location was straightforward to find. Upon arrival, I was able to park my car curbside, grab my luggage, and almost immediately hop on the shuttle to the airport. Upon returning from my trip, my car was waiting for me all warmed up. I would absolutely recommend this location.

The drivers are always nice and friendly, helpful. I've never had an issue other than having a longer than normal wait one time when arriving to Chicago but that wasn't a big deal.

The Parking Spot is very convenient and the only lot I trust during vacation or work travel. There is always a shuttle ready to pick you up and you aren’t stuck waiting in the elements like you are when using the airport shuttles.

I like that my car is under cover and that i don't have to find my way around the uncovered parking at the airport! Having parked in the endless uncovered acres in the past, it is miserable dragging a suitcase and cleaning the snow off your car!
the locations are convenient, the shuttles pick up quickly when you park your car, the staff and drivers are friendly. The app works very well, and I like that the location links to your navigation app.
Friendly, close to the airport
Everyone is so polite and helpful from the gate agents to the drivers. I never have to wait for pick up at lot or airport which is very nice. Keep up the good work
Everything was great...EXCEPT for our pickup. We called to say we were at Terminal A at 1:32 AM on Mon Nov 3 and stood outside on a late and chilly night until 2:15 for our pickup. This is truly unacceptable but everything else about The Parking Spot is great.
