The convenience of your service. I like getting picked up at my car and then dropped off at my gate. You make it all so simple and easy.

That the bus usually follows you to your row. Only once (of course the time I cut it close) did I wait about 9 minutes.
Drivers are so nice. They lift suitcase in and out and make sure you turn you lights off and lock the doors.
There is usually a van waiting in the pick up spot. If not I have never waited long.
It is so quick and easy to check in and out. As soon as you get your bags and go out to the pick up area at the airport they are there to get you. It's great!
People ar parking lot are very helpful. It seems like other Parking Spot locations have many more vans. We saw 4 vans from your JFK and PS #1 lots pick up before PS #2 arrived for us.
Drivers each way were also nice. One driver had to slam on brakes and apologized for it.
We appreciate the dependability and predictability of using The Parking Spot for all our DIA travel. From the beginning of a trip (parking, transport, terminal drop-off) to the end (pick up, transport, return to our vehicle), the process is smooth and there are no surprises.
