I like that after we park we only have to wait about 10 minutes to be picked up by the shuttle service. Also, I always need help with luggage loading and the drivers are very helpful.
It’s so easy to park at The Parking Spot and shuttle to the airport. It’s also very convenient to be picked up & dropped off right at my car.
You buses are very easy to spot and waiting time is pretty good
The attendants in the gate shed are always friendly and helpful. By the time I park the shuttle is coming down the lane to pick me up. The drivers are always pleasant and helpful putting the luggage in the shuttle and getting it off. I have parked at the Parking Spot for several years now and I have never had a complaint with the service I have received.
Easy access from Rt 1, virtually no wait for the van on either end, my car was waiting for me with the AC on, the drivers assist with my luggage.
