Parking at the Parking Spot is wonderful. It's really nice having someone pick you up at your car. I love to use this service but especially when I'm traveling by myself. The attendant picks up my luggage and put them on the bus, and then takes them off the bus for me. No more struggling to get the suitcase up on the bus and back down. He marks on a card where I'm parked so when I return all I have to do is hand the driver my card, and he knows where my car is parked. No more trying to remember exactly where I put my car. No more walking around in scary parking lots with my luggage. I'm dropped off at my car, and they'll even put my suitcase in my car for me. I love parking at the Parking Spot

We have been parking at Parking Spot 3 for many years. Our most recent trip my son's mother in law was very concerned about what we would be paying to park. She had a bad experience with an acquaintance earlier this year splitting the $200 bill for a week of parking. I assured her that our parking was not going to be that expensive and the the total was only going to be $63 for the week. She was very relieved.

Reserving a spot is so easy! The app is very user friendly and it was super easy to check in and out with the QR code. The shuttles are always running so we didn't have to wait at all for a ride to the airport or back from the airport. I really like that the facility is not located at the airport, it's less than a mile away, so getting to it and parking was traffic free.

The availability of covered and premium parking at TPS-North at PHL is terrific. The staff & drivers are always helpful, friendly and professional.

It was great I've never had done that before and everyone was very helpful and kind when I fly again I will be using you again.

The Parking Spot kept our car safe during our two-week vacation. Arrival and departure at MCI was easy and their shuttles ran continuously so the wait was short and the drivers helped with our luggage. The company also offered coupon benefits which made the cost reasonable. Nice job, The Spot!

Provenants and efficiency as compared to last time I visited. Seems dispatch is on point. I waited no time each way as I used to see PS 2 buses but PS 1 was always a bit longer wait. I SEE the improvements!! I also love the easy in and out, love the pre pay. I made it a point to learn the system cause with my AAA discount I beat Lyft round trip!
