Easy access to the parking lot, very little waiting for pick up. Drivers are friendly and helpful.

The Parking Spot makes parking your car for an extended stay a great success. I have peace of mind that my car is secure and protected from damage. The covered spots are great should there be rough weather while I am gone. I will use the Parking Spot any time I have to go out of town and need to park my car "at the airport".

Very convenient very helpful staff

Convienent for the Oakland Airport. Prices are right and easy to access. What is inconvienent is that there doesn't seem to be enough vans driving back and forth. Apparently there is only one going and one coming back...seems like there should always be at least 2 for each direction...one that is pulling out to go to the airport as one is pulling in...one that is driving back and one that is about to pull up at the airport. We waited quite a while when returning for a van to come.

Convience and price

Mostly great and quick service to/from airport. The cost is great, and being under cover is a huge plus.

I like the convenience of parking and knowing my car will be safe while I'm away on a trip.

On my last trip ---- I waited about 30 minutes at the airport waiting for a shuttle to come take me back to my car. Several shuttles for Parking Spot East came and left during that time. Several other people were waiting with me. The shuttle was completely full of people once it arrived.

The parking spot was amazing the drivers were awesome as well drop off and pick up was on time

Fast, efficient and friendly staff

I just returned feom vacation to a dead battery. Flagged a driver down and he jumped my vehicle. They are very prompt. Waiting to be picked up to go to the airport and back to the lot was quick and efficient

The convenience of parking next to the airport. I also like getting a ride to and from the airport.

One thing I would say I didn’t like was when I got back I was the last one to get dropped off at my car even though my car was closest to the entrance.

I love the frequency of shuttles and how quickly we can get back to our car and head home after a long day of travel! Other services may be cheaper, but you sacrifice too much in my opinion. I'm happy to pay for great customer service, coveted parking, and piece of mind!
