The Parking Spot at the Buffalo International Airport is outstanding! The security people noticed I left my window open and covered it with plastic we where gone a week so it could of been a disaster but the Parking Spot Team saved the day! The shuttle people both ways where great. Our total experience was wonderful this was our first time using The Parking Spot at Buffalo Int Airport and we where amazed at the services we received. Many Thanks and keep up the great work. We will always use your facility for all our future trips.

We love the conscience. Service is very helpful with our baggage & getting us to our destination on time.
Perhaps I missed the update notification? When we landed back at DFW, it would be helpful to have The Parking Spot pickup area better marked. Or, a reminder as to exactly where to be picked up.

It was my first time using it and I couldn't have been happier with the service. After getting picked up at the airport, the driver took me directly to my car and also waited until I got in safely. I'll definitely be coming back!

One of the other families on our bus took my backpack in error and the driver realized the mistake radioed the front to try and get them stopped at the gate and stopped dropping off other passengers and drove me to the gate quickly to stop them before they left with my backpack that had my keys and wallet in it

App works very well so is convenient to reserve spot, pay, enter and exit. Buses are usually timely so not long waits.
