Checking in was good, but there was a 10 minute wait for to be picked up. The shuttle was full and a second shuttle had to be used to pick up other guests - maybe work on spacing them out better if possible. Otherwise the drop off was good; the pick up took a few minutes - I saw four Premium & North shuttles before I saw one for the South location in the 15 minutes I waited. Once picked up, the ride and shuttle drop off was good. Upon checkout, the process was still hindered by the fact that when on the self-checkout screen, it asks if I want a receipt emailed to me, I cannot respond because there is no button on the screen to press. It appears the display is too large and the button that should be displayed is outside the viewing screen and cannot be pressed. This delays getting a receipt by a day or two which is inconvenient. Otherwise the experience was good.

When I returned to my car on 9/16, I discovered that the battery was dead. The shuttle driver had waited for me to open my trunk or car to make sure I was OK. When he saw I needed help,, he radioed the office to send someone to jump the battery. That employee came but was unsuccessful, but he gave me a ride back to the office to call for more help. Teena was welcoming and sympathetic and went back to the car with me to try with a different battery charger - also unsuccessful. Back in the office, she offered me water, coffee, bathroom, and support while I waited for my son-in-law to come with a new battery - from Longmont.. When he arrived, Teena came with her tools to help get the new battery installed - my son-in-law forgot about bringing his tools from home. When the car was running again, Jessica was at the gate to make sure I wasn't charged extra time because of the car problem.

It was a very long day because I had started in Vermont that morning - driving to Manchester, NH to catch flights to Baltimore, then Denver. The kindness of your employees - the shuttle driver who waited to make sure I was able to get into my car and called for help, the person who first tried to jump the battery, Teena, and Jessica - they all helped change a disaster into an inconvenience. All were friendly and helpful, especially Teena who managed it all.

Please give your employees the recognition they deserve for a job very well done I will happily continue to use the Parking Spot when I come to DIA. Name removed

The Spot lot was easy to drive to, the shuttle arrived quickly at the lot and at the airport, the drivers were courteous, the shuttle was cool (Texas heat!) and the app worked great.

It's so convenient to use The Parking Spot and makes travel through CLT far better than on-site parking.

Convenient and easy to reserve and shuttle is usually very timely.

Shuttles are quick to pick you up. The gentleman droning our shuttle was very helpful. The lady at check out was extremely kind and helpful. She offered me a water as soon as I pulled up and walked over tel lanes to assist me and was a kind face and person to end my trip on.

Friendly staff

I never have a problem. Vans are there usually when my plane gets in, I never even have to call. Water bottle at check out gate is an appreciated extra. Will continue to use your services and recommend others to do so as well.

Consistent and timely

My wife forgot her computer in her car and we were running late....our driver took her back and got back within about 15 minutes - we made our flight and everything worked out.
