Very easy and convenient. The personnel at the entrance gate and the driver who picked us up were helpful and cordial.

We use The Parking Spot several times a year and have had a great experience each time. Quick to get to the airport and always easy to get the shuttle back to our car after our trip.

Easy to scan barcode and get in. Bus was waiting on me when I parked . When we. flew back into Charlortte short wait for bus to pick us up. If service stays like this I will never park at the airport again. Great Job
