I find your service, particularly the VIP covered parking, a great value for your $. Makes parking for the airport really stress free. The only suggestion I would make for you is to make exiting the parking lot easier, I've used the VIP lot several times now, and the route for exit is ridiculous. I am surprised that you dont have an exit on the back side so that you dont have to back track through the whole property to exit. The exiting process definitely needs some tweaking,

Great facility with some great employees. A couple of grouchies but they won't last. BUT please always have an attendent in the booth as checking out is still hard due to the difficulty in utilizing the credit card/scanner.
We like that they drop you off at your parking spot and help with your luggage.
It is very to get in & get out. Then there seems to always have a shuttle waiting for you to take you to the airport. The parking lot is very clean and clearly marked. Signage is good also. And the people seem very friendly.
I love using this location! Close to the airport and I285, shuttles run every few minutes so i have never had any issues worrying about missing a flight. Thank you
