The Parking Spot 2 is very close to the St. Louis airport, easy to get into and out of, and is a safe place to leave my car on trips that can sometimes last for several days. Their covered parking gives me peace of mind that my car will be undamaged when the Midwest's frequent severe storms hit and I'm satisfied that the security of the lot itself means that my vehicle won't be broken into while it's parked there.

You have covered parking not too expensive (at least with the discount. Easy to fine, pickup from car to airport and airport to car is very easy. Drivers are very nice.

It’s conveniently located throughout the dfw airport areas. I can just park and feel safe that my car is going to be there when I get back. Easy to find. Shuttle service is impeccable.

It is easy to park and the drivers are right there to pick you up! Using the QR code is also so easy to check in and out. I appreciate the helpfulness of the drivers with my luggage.

The service has been fairly reliable over the past. However, we have experienced some longer than normal wait times both at the parking lot as well as being picked up at the airport!

Some of the drive also need to be or mindful of their outer appearance and smell (please shower before coming to work).

With the construction, it is understandable of some of the delays. BUT, these delays have been going on for months. It seems to me that there is a lack of drivers or the company is cutting back on labor.

One of these two things is mostly truer than the other.

With competition increasing and with other parking options in the area one might start looking for alternative options if things don't get better soon!!

I tend to be loyal to a program unless compelled to change.

It was very easy to use the bus drivers are amazing taking you luggage to your car. The only thing is I wish they would put a sign out by construction so we know where to turn! It is very hard to find witht the construction especially in the dark
