The reservation process is simple, and discount promotions are fairly common. We prefer covered parking, which is alway available, and the shuttle typically does not take long to pick us up from the parking lot or the airport.

You always have an attendant there when we arrive to assist us in getting our luggage and personal items on the bus to the terminal. The drivers are always kind and attentive and clearly enjoy their job. This is true when we arrive back at LAX and are boarding the bus to get back to the Spot home base. Thank you for always being there and making us feel welcome and care of … you’re the best!
