When I returned back to the parking lot, I discovered my battery was dead. Called the office and an employee arrived quickly and jumped my truck. He was very professional and helpful.

the only issue we had, was the number of people needing the JFK shuttle from Terminal E - not sure how the shuttles are scheduled, but a few more would have been helpful for the number of people needing rides.
You do not have to wait long for your shuttle to arrive, that means alot. Plus the price is lower than competitors and the quality is actually higher.
Quick service on both ends and covered parking. Driver takes your bags out right to car.
