I liked the timeliness of pickup at the lot and at the airport. Drivers were very courteous and helpful. But,,,,, I was picked up 7/10 early evening at lot 2. The AC in the shuttle that I was in didn't work. It was a very miserable ride to the airport.

The few times I've encountered an issue at checkout, one of the ladies has always responded quickly to get me on my way. Did I mention how friendly everyone is? I am always greeted and in Texas, we appreciate manners which I always hear. Throw in benefits like earning free days and you just can't beat the value. I reserve online, use my QR code and love it!
