Easy and convenient. Friendly and efficient staff. Drivers are always courteous and helpful, even when people don't tip (which is most often, I've noted). The few times I've encountered an issue at checkout, one of the ladies has always responded quickly to get me on my way. Did I mention how friendly everyone is? I am always greeted and in Texas, we appreciate manners which I always hear. Throw in benefits like earning free days and you just can't beat the value. I reserve online, use my QR code and love it!

Reservation(s) easy to make via my Spot Club App. I try to plan ahead and be sure to book early for any trips. Usually I use the self park and every time the "van" has been right there when I find a spot. Customer service personnel handle the bag(s) for me, and drop off is so convenient right at the airline curb at BDL. Upon return, easy to grab a shuttle to the lot, retrieve the car, and check out. It has become second nature for me just to get in and get out without any delays.
