Overall very happy with the customer service and the ease of use/booking at this place. The sign outside the lot can be improved.
The female agent at the entrance when we came in (on June 30th am) was a little rude, but otherwise the shuttle drivers were extreamly nice and helpful both while departing and on arrival. They handled the luggage themselves completely. Will def. rec to my friends
