Two things that could be improved:
1. The buses have no shocks and the road is BUMPY. Everyone would appreciate even a little bit of cushion for that ride!!
2. The seat belts don’t accommodate a car seat to be strapped in properly. This alone might make us try other companies. The side that you clip the buckle into is longer than in a regular vehicle and blocks the belt from tucking into the side of our car seat. I assume the buses are not using standard vehicle belt buckles since we’ve not had this problem anywhere else with our car seat-including planes.
taking my car to your location was easy. getting to my car after my trip was easy and the driver was very helpful. Did not get his name , but I should have.
