Once again, the exit terminal created nothing but problems for the car in front and me upon trying to leave. It didn't recognize my QR code on my phone or my account to automatically check my out. I had to get assistance from a wonderful shuttle driver. If this continues, I may be joining my colleagues at the airport terminal short term parking. The Parking Spot does everything exceptional for me (self parker) except trying to leave. The next time this happens, it will likely be my last as I'm usually exhausted from a combination of work and travel stress.

My first experience with The Parking Spot was seamless! I was promptly picked up at my car after parking and shuttled to my terminal. I liked the timeliness of pickup at the lot and at the airport. Drivers were very courteous and helpful. But,,,,, I was picked up 7/10 early evening at lot 2. The AC in the shuttle that I was in didn't work. It was a very miserable ride to the airport.
