Convenient, efficient
Very easy to use
The reservation made it fast and easy. Driver picked us up immediately and fast to the airport. Pickup at airport was only a few minutes and the self service at exit made it quick to leave.
The parking lot is secure and the service is very convenient.
Great customer service! Less spots available but that’s a good sign they are great and vehicles are in a good spot!
I appreciate the nice drivers and the timely pick ups!
Quick pick-up on departure and arrival. Appreciated the cold bottled water at checkout.

Overall, great service --- quick drop off and pick up - helpful staff -- keep up the great work
Ease of parking and airport delivery.
Lots of buses running so no long waits.
I wish I was told about the Terminal C drop-off and pick up issue earlier than when I was being transported. Our party included a disabled veteran that I could have made wheelchair transport arrangements from Terminal A to Terminal C thru the Skylink had we known sooner. Might be something to spotlight for future travelers.
The covered spot was awesome to use and we would do it again and again.
Always have a spot when I reserve! Drivers are very courteous! Easy check out.
I like being picked up and dropped off at my car with vans running continuously.
No fuss parking. Always greeted and welcomed with a smile.
The objective for using Parking Spot is getting to and from the airport in a timely manor. The ride is uncomfortable, air conditioning sparse, but is dependable.
It was easy.
ease of use but without a coupon, parking right at the airport is priced about the ssme
It’s cheaper than other options
Very easy process. Driver was on top of it. Recommend to my 80 year old mother who will be using next month
