it's always easy to park and shuttle over. The scan out and pay as you exit wasn't working properly, but someone came over to help me out.

You are just a mile from LAX and your shuttles are frequent. It was a good experience. My only recommendation would be to add signage that tells travelers.where to get the shuttle once you park.

It use to be a quick in and out. This time it takes more time to get in and out due to all the construction. It would have been nice to know. It took us around 30 more minutes to get to and from our car.

Staff was very courteous, friendly and responsive to my needs. They guided me promptly. The technology worked smoothly and there were no lags in the mobile app nor any technical glitches at the entry gate. The place looked very secure and under surveillance. The shuttle service to and from the airport was also good, comfortable and safe. Also, I didn't have to wait long. I liked all of it.
