A driver was available immediately upon my arrival.
The whole process was easy and efficient.
Entry was pretty straight forward aisles were well marked the bus came to my car as I was unloading my luggage and took us to the terminal. I loved all of that. When I returned the bus took me back to my car very nice process you get there much better than parking at the airport. The only problem was finding my way out. I got lost trying to find the exit but it was my first time there so ill give you a pass on that one. Overall a great experience

It is close to newark airport. The shuttle is convenient and gets us to the airport quickly. The Parking Spot is convenient to get to major roadways.

Very convenient
I have used the service many times and find it very convenient. The only thing that is sometimes annoying is at pick up when other passengers rush the van bypassing waiting passengers. Solution is send vans in tandem.
The service is very reliable. I had trouble locating Parking Spot North for my flight out of DFW. My fault as I got lost and did not have GPS in my vehicle. I missed my flight, but Chuck, the driver of the Parking Spot shuttle bus, contacted American Airlines and got me scheduled on the next flight to my destination. He truly saved the day for me.
