Very efficient, fast, professional, friendly, safe and clean
Scheduling was easy. Drivers were professional.
We would use The Parking Spot again. We had now wait at the parking lot for the shuttle and it was outside of the airport when we were ready to head back.
Very dependable. Always timely and pleasant staff.
A good option! A good spot to leave your car.
Easy to schedule online. Good service to & from the airport with friendly drivers.
It is great and very convenient.
Easy and fast
The cost for parking and how easy it is to park.
We threw in the towel on using the airport’s parking lots after years of bad experiences, ranging from safety concerns to completely unpredictable availability to endless construction and intentional capacity reduction. We replaced that horror show with The Parking Spot. We have a guaranteed spot, get picked up quickly and five minutes later are at the airport. The staff are friendly and helpful, and departure is quick and line free.
We park here for the convenience and how close it is to the airport
Easy to park, van took us to the airport with no delays. Pickup was smooth and back to the facility and way we go... easy peasy...
Painless. Efficient. Courteous. Quick. I love parking at the Parking Spot.

It was good
I like that there is little to no wait to get picked up and taken to and from the airport.
Love the app, easy to use and find your trip information. Love mark my spot and the shuttle picks you up almost immediately upon arrival. Communication reminders for upcoming trip is extremely helpful. Love the undercover Parking Spot 3 — only place I park.
Convenance and safety
This is a very convenient location and well-run business. I use the Parking Spot when I fly out of Orlando because it is close to the airport, well lit, reasonably priced and discounted due to my employer and AAA. The shuttle service is reliable, and the shuttles are easy to spot. I called the local office after I reviewed my receipt and saw that I was charged for covered parking when I actually was in uncovered parking. The person I spoke to requested my reservation number and immediately refunded part of the charge. I was pleased with how easy it was to settle this and will definitely continue to use the Parking Spot.
Great shuttle service. Timely and friendly helpful drivers. Quick and easy to airport terminals
Convenient and easy to Spot!
The Van is usually waiting for me when I arrive at my Parking Spot. The driver have taken out & put my luggage in my vehicle. What An Extra Perk!!!
It’s cheaper than other options
