The location
Ease of use. Proximity to LAX
Efficient in & out when prepaid on line
I was traveling with my 87 yr old mother, my brother had just broke his foot & my husband can’t walk long distances. The Spot was perfect! Pick up at the parked car and deposited at the airport front door. After the trip they were just outside the front door and dropped us back off at the car. One part of the trip that went smoothly!
Easy to use app. Pick up & drop off @ my vehicle. Usually a very short wait for ride. Refreshing cool water after traveling @ the exit!
Everything was easy and extremely convenient to where I needed to be. The discount rate for Cranky Dorkfest was much appreciated.
