The smooth process, ease and driver of shuttle was great
Easy. Smooth. Fast. Friendly. One thing that confuses me is that I usually make a reservation using the app and get a QR code but I never actually have to use the QR code. In the office, maybe consider having separate lines for those who are arriving/checking in vs those who are departing/checking out.
Everything. Staff is great. Drivers are amazing.
Excellent service. Everything ran smoothly from the initial interaction until the pick up the vehicle at the end of our trip
I love that's it's so easy to chose your dates. Their prices are great. They have a self park option and a valet park option as well. For self park they pick you up right at your car and bring you right back to your car. They very pleasant and courteous.
