It is so easy to use the app and let them know when I am arriving and when I am picking up my car.

Used parking spot for the first time and had an amazing experience. The man helping me on the way home was exceptionally sweet. Even offered to help me take things to my trunk since i had a lot of bags and my baby with me. Everything went so seamless and I loved that there was water as you checked out. We have been telling our friends and family how great our experience was as well! 10/10!

Upon return the driver was excellent. He helped unload our bags and put in the car. We are older and this was so appreciated.

Quick inconvenient parking. The drivers are friendly, and the buses are spacious.

I like the cost savings & convenience of having the Parking Spot van pick me up directly beside my vehicle for pick ups & returns. The drivers are so nice & take care of my luggage so I never have to lift it in or out of the van. I’ve never used it, but they offer upgraded covered spaces & car wash. The only negative occurs during busy hours at the Arrival area. If you’re trying to catch the van to return to your car it is like the Wild West! There’s not a line to stand in & some people rush for the door even if others have been waiting.
