Guest Testimonials
The convenience in location, price and time!
We frequently park at the Parking Spot for business and for vacations. Driver's are exceptionally helpful courteous, and friendly. The shuttles run frequently day and night and we've never missed a flight due to a Spot issue.
Very convenient.
1. a discount for booking early
2. your app - adding the QR code to my Apple wallet
3. friendly greeter when I arrive: always helpful and polite
4. immediate pick up AT MY CAR!!! after I park
5. driver loading my suitcase and giving me a 'reminder of where I parked' card
6. relaxing drop off to exactly where I need to be for my airlines
7. availability of pick-up shuttles when I return
8. suitcase handling - onto and off the shuttle bus. I tip because I appreciate this.
9. the drop off AT MY CAR on the return
10. cold water when exiting your service
Twice, I've traveled with a companion while using your services. Each have been surprised at your service and WILL USE your service themselves. You make traveling easier. I would rather park at your Parking Spot, than park inside the airport parking facilities. Your extra services make it convenient and worth the price.
It is a smooth process from reservation to checkout with friendly folks!

Helpful shuttle driver and intake driver. Some of the desk staff could be a little more welcoming, not so business like amd robotic.
Laz fly couldn't care less about the customer.
Still miss Executive Valet though.
