The office person I spoke to when I arrived Love Field later at night was helpful in explaining what to do to get picked up and get to my car. What I don’t like is your apt. It never works correctly takes a long time to get reservations completed. I do use JFK spot a lot sometimes i get turned away from covered parking because I can not complete reservation. Maybe you need a help line to help people.
