Great experience! I haven't had the best experiences the last couple of times, but I feel like my voice was heard. The premium parking seems to have added L to the group which made for a much better spot. The shuttle was timely both on departure and arrival. Thank you for all your hard work. It is paying off.

In all cases, your staff is very friendly, helpful, courteous and professional. Easy to find your facility. Quick trip to airport. The van was surprisingly just going by my door on my return, and the car was sitting there waiting for me. And it was a good value. It could not have been better.
You always have a friendly person at the gate to tell us where to park - the parking spaces are adequate enough to park our car comfortably without worrying about dings while we're gone - the shuttle picks us up and drops us off right at our car - we never have to wait long to get the shuttle to or from the airport. We find it much more convenient than lugging our luggage around at the on site parking to get in and out of the terminal. And.....its a lot cheaper when I pre-book online.
