Convienence
I love the curb to curb service and the drivers were incredible. Timing for pickup, both at the lot and at the airport were great too. I wasn't even out of my car in the lot before someone was there to help me. I love that the driver gave me a card with my location (I only wish I had done a better job of remembering where I put it!). It was also nice to have a bottle of water for the drive home. The lot is conveniently located near the airport and other long-term parking with which I was already familiar.
One thing I would say is the screen where I checked out is impossible to see. It's was directly in the sun and the screen was in horrible shape. This was the first time I visited and it took a while for me to know what was going on. If there was any speaking, I couldn't hear that. It would be helpful if that was fixed.
It’s convenient and pretty quick access to and from the airport. All drivers and reps I came in contact with were friendly and helpful. The only reason I didn’t give it a 10 is because of the distance from the airport as some people may prefer to be closer or on-site, and you do have to wait for others to be picked up with you in the shuttle and vice versa when getting dropped off, but I was fine with the time it took to do it all. Very affordable, buses were clean, drivers were great, and it was easy to find the location and the pickup spots at the airport. My only recommendation would be to check for understanding on how to alert the shuttle you need to get picked up once parked so new customers don’t get confused or wait long to leave.

We arrived at 4 am, we only waited 5-10 minutes for our van to take us to the airport. The driver was very nice and polite.

Easy to use. Safe parking area. Good pickup at location but waited almost a half hour at the terminal for the south bus. Meanwhile, four North buses came by.. always courteous and helpful with baggage
