In the past we've always been happy with the Parking Spot services and associates. I had an issue with online booking charges and it was immediately addressed by Nakkita in the Cleveland, Ohio office. She took the time to call for clarification. After the call she worked on problem determination and understood my situation. While she tried several resolutions, she found a workaround that was completely satisfactory. I was impressed with the concern for customer satisfaction provided by Nikkita. Because of her care, we will be loyal to the Parking Spot and will tell our friends and family how true assistance is available when needed. Our thanks to Nakkita and the Parking Spot for addressing our issue in a timely, professional and highly satisfactory manner.

1st time trying "the spot" in Houston Texas.
We waited for the shuttle, no more than 5 minutes, driver was amazing, super helpful.
5 days after, waiting time at the airport for a shuttle, was about 10 min. Driver again; efficient, kind and very professional. This experience made the difference, I don't need to look for another parking, I'll definitely using the parking spot for my future trips

Close to airport, pickup & drop-off quick and efficient.

I really appreciate The Parking Spot, but I recently parked there, and some sap dripped on my car. I used various solvents to remove it. Not cool. I do appreciate the covered parking facility and the pickup service to and from the airport. Also, recently, the van driver asked which spot number we were parked at, yet there was no visible number anywhere.

Quick and easy. The only issue I had at check out the lane with the green light didn't work, had to get inside person to cash me out. Expensive

This lot is conveniently located to the East Terminal where Southwest Airlines is located. The shuttle drivers are always very helpful and kind.

It's efficient both ways. Getting you to the airport and picking you up.

The Parking Spot 2 is a great location to the airport, they have covered parking for all cars, their rates are fair & they have frequent shuttles so there's no long wait.

Parking Spot 2 is convenient and easy to get to. The drivers are friendly and helpful. I like booking early and getting a discount. I’ve used this location for several years.
