Love this location - it's perfect for those of us coming from the west valley! The only feedback I have is the buses rarely have QR codes with driver info to leave tips.

I wish I had asked for the names of our drivers. They were both very helpful, courteous and cheerful. For both our departure and our arrival back at IAH, there was no waiting for a shuttle. I also like that I can reserve and pay ahead of time...so convenient. Lastly, I appreciate the discount offers you all email me. They add up after a few trips.

It was relatively easy to reserve, park, and get picked up and dropped off. The shuttle driver was very friendly and helpful both directions and helped me get my heavy bag into and out of the shuttle. He even waited to make sure my car would start at the end of my journey before he left me in the parking lot. The price was almost equal to the price of the local hotel long-term parking and it was much closer.
I really like that they pick you up right at your vehicle and drop you off at the terminal. Easy to get a pickup when you return. Then drop you at your vehicle in a timely manner.
