I always make reservations @ Park & Fly Plus.
Then I learned that Park & Fly Plus had stopped
going to Atlanta Hartfield Airport. I also learned that Park & Fly merged with PS.
The directions online were clear but I’m from the old school and wanted to confirm.
To my surprise, the phone was answered on the third ring and there was a person on the phone at customer service. The person explained the steps and changed my reservation online.
Then, a confirmation email was sent.
After the call to customer service, I found that I could have easily changed my reservation online. I will now use The Parking Spot 1.

Pickup to airport is always very easy and the drivers are very courteous. The only issue is the pickups on Weekday nights, bus is usually full and takes awhile.
