No waiting around. We got to Parking Spot at 3 am and was quickly checked in and put on the van and headed to airport. Same when we returned after many delayed flights at 2 am, van waiting for us and our vehicle sitting right there when we pulled into your lot. Also, I love that your vehicles are easy to spot. I very much appreciate what looks to be a change in how my rate doesn't increase when my reservation is changed unexpectedly - or I have just lucked out so far that the daily rate is the same. I doubt the latter so I want to thank whoever made this possible! I am a Flight Attendant for Southwest Airlines and my schedule changes frequently, so even if I am on-call / reserve for 3 days, they may not use me for the full the three days. As an example: yesterday I had to break my reservation and return home on day 2 instead of day 3 but when I checked out the daily rate was still the same and had not increased as it had in previous parking experiences where I had to break the reservation exact days booked. Thank you for this!!!! I appreciate the drivers and their help, kindness and quick pick-up very much as well. It does seem to be a common occurrence that waiting in the premium parking in the early 4-6am pickups will take sometimes 5-10 minutes but the first drop-off makes it worth it! I was thinking that Premium would have their own drivers for just the pick up anyway but when tracking the vans on the app, it doesn't seem that way so again the pickup for premium can definitely lag from my experience. Because of this, I just plan to arrive 10-15 minutes earlier in the mornings because I cannot be late to work. Thank you Parking Spot 1 for listening to our feedback!!!

I wanted to wait to make this review when I’ve had more time because I am so grateful to be parking my car at such a well run company. Did I have a bad experience once, yes, But the company made it right. The assistant manager Bevans went out of her way to contact me and make it right. It’s a true pleasure to do business with a company that knows how to do business and take care of their customers. I now recommend the parking spot to everyone I know

Friendly staff, super easy access and rates are good.

How easy to use for checking in/checking out of covered parking. Never have to wait for pickup, always there as soon as we pull into our parking spot. Drivers are friendly and courteous during our trip to and from the airport. This is why we use your services for all of our trips.

The Parking Spot 2 is seamless access when I'm travelling. From dropping off the car, transfer to the airport terminal, and then return shuttle back, to check-out, I rarely if ever have delays related to parking.
