It’s convenient, covered, and less expensive than other places. I like that they pick you up right in front of your vehicle and take you right to your vehicle when you return from your trip.

The parking lot is easily assessible. The transportation busses are always quickly available and reliable for my transportation to and from the airport. Most drivers are very prompt and adamant on loading my luggage, in which I appreciate, and in return I tip graciously.
I never have to wait for a bus getting to the airport. Depending on the time coming back, I don’t think I have ever waited longer than 10 minutes!!

There is always a shuttle right there ready to load you when you get to the lot and when you land. The shuttles are all nice and have seat belts and all of the staff is super nice and helpful.

We did not have to wait for the shuttle. It was right there for both departing and arrival. Helping with luggage was wonderful. The drivers were very helpful. And a drop off right in front of the Southwest terminal made it so easy.
