The Parking Spot picks me up at my car and drops me off right back there. Nathan even took my suitcase right to the trunk of my car. Very convenient, and joining the Parking Spot club gives some good discounts.
I never have to worry about my vehicle while I'm gone when I'm parked here. Also, when my flight was delayed by a day, it was easy to extend my reservation in the app, so didn't have to worry there either! Drivers have always been courteous and helpful. Only place I'll park when I fly! Thanks!

It was easy to book my spot and once I got there it was easy to drop off my car and grab the shuttle. Coming back was also easy & my car was waiting for me at valet pick up when I got to the garage.

This is my go to parking when I fly out of StL. I do want to give a special shout out to the shuttle driver that took me back to my car this last trip. I wish I had gotten his name, he's retiring ish on 1/8/2026 so hopefully that will help you all give him this shout out. He was an absolute pleasure to ride with. We had a wonderful conversation and he got me to my car safely. He is an absolute gem.
Very quick process to get to and from the airport. Never have to wait more than a few minutes for pickup which is appreciated after a long day of travel.

Covered parking. Quick pickup going to/from airport. Secure parking. The people in the booth though could be more attentive if someone needs help with the readers.

Th bus drivers were super friendly and professional. It is nice to have the flexibility to be able to change check in and out times very close to when they come up. It is also very close to the airport.
