Spot parking is convenient both at vehicle and airport parking. Their shuttle drivers are alway friendly and wait times are minimal. My only complaint is they may not be very price competitive. I recently got an email from a competitor who operates a multi story parking garage who's pricing was about 40% less for the exact same time period. Hopefully they review and become price competitive.

I really like parking my car at your facility. The people are very kind they help you they talk to you and I appreciate that.
The one thing is I had to wait 45 minutes three nights ago in order to get a bus, but I saw more south buses coming in the north buses. Yes it was busy, so the question is do you guys have enough buses to help support when you have a lot of people coming in at the same time.
