It was very easy to get in and out of your lot. However, when we arrived at 5pm, the lights under the canopy were not on, we stood in the dark and waited for 10 minutes for the bus. It wasn't the best experiece.
It was convenient, well managed and website user friendly. Transit to and from airport was prompt and efficient. I plan to use The Parking Spot for future travel.
We are picked up immediately after we park and there is always a relatively short wait for the shuttle when we return. Everything is on the app, so reservation and checkout are quick and easy.
Shuttles were not crowded and, therefore, timely.

It was so easy and reasonable to use the parking spot for our latest trip. I wish I had found out about them sooner! My car drop off was easy. The shuttle was right there to pick us up and upon our return took us right to our vehicle.

I switched from Peachy parking a couple of years ago based on a friend's recommendation and I have not been disappointed. Everyone has the greatest attitude and willingness to help. The Parking Spot busses are there when I arrive which is exactly what you hope after a long flight. The area is clean and easy to book and leave your car. I will keep using The Parking Spot. The drivers are amazing and hopefully well taken care of.

I like parking away from the chaos at the airport. Just hop on the bus and they take you to the terminal and gate. When you get back home they pick you up and take you back to your car. I like the app on my phone as well. It’s very easy and organized.
