I like being able to reserve a spot ahead of time. Easy access off 285. Drivers are always courteous and helpful. Short drive to airport. Drops us off at curbside check in. Rarely have to wait for bus at airport. Drops us back off at our car. It's a no brainer.

Consistently professional, courteous "van" drivers. When using "the spot" I drive in, scan the code, drive to an open spot of my choice, and the "van" is right there as I open the door, greeting me, and asking how many bags I have and stating " I've got this" . Please, you go ahead take a seat. They drop me off at the departure door of my airline. So convenient. When I return, the "van" is always there to take me to "my spot". Sidenote: I am over 70, female, fully capable of navigating without help. (I do compensate (tip) the drivers as I noted some do not, how rude!!!!!!!!
I have already booked for a summer reservation. Family member from out of state uses the valet covered @ The Parking Spot. We love it!!!!

First time I've booked in advance. It was confusing since there was a sale and it wasn't clear if my price was due to the sale or because of my company's discount. Ultimately, the fine print showed that arrivals on 12/25 weren't eligible -- why not? -- so I guess it was the company discount.

It's nice that the sign on the surface lot said to go to Row whatever, but I had to drive the length of that lot to figure out that that particular row was in the lower lot. Would have been nice to see a big arrow or something.

I parked and waited and waited. Finally, I walked from the lower lot to the upper lot and then to the garage. Fortunately, I had already dropped my family off at the terminal with our luggage or this would have been a real problem. Was also fortunate that the weather was good and that there was plenty of time before our flight.

Upon our return, a popup on the app shows the number to call but it's unclear if that's only after hours. I assumed from the moving icons on the shuttle bus tracker that there was no need to call. And what are the hours of an airport parking lot anyway?

A shuttle is usually on site waiting for you bat the parking garage, or at most 5 minutes away. Very convenient and relieves the stress of arranging drop off and pick up at the airport.

We don't have to wait long after we park our car for a ride to the airport and usually we don't have to wait very long after our flight to get a ride back to our car. We recently needed our car jump started due to the cold and someone was there within five minutes. We really appreciate your services!

I feel secure and well taken care of at the Spot. Shuttles are always readily available, getting me to and from the airport in a timely fashion. As an added benefit, the service is always helpful and friendly.

Great rates, safe, and convenient.

I parked there over Christmas. The young man in the booth saw that I was new and ran all the way to my parking spot to let me know another shuttle would be along in 5 minutes. And he was so cheerful! He didn’t have to do that. And the kind shuttle driver reminded everyone boarding to make sure they had keys, phone, wallet, and that their car windows were rolled up. He saved a passenger who had forgotten his keys! Truly remarkable service, especially in this day and age.

Parking my first time at the uncovered lot was confusing. It was 4:30am I had reserved an extra wide space and there was no way of knowing where that was. Parked in regular spot near the entrance. Had trouble checking out because of the mixup. Thanks to the lady at the booth for helping me.
