Just something to think about. As we were coming out of the airport to get picked up, people are tired and only thinking about getting home. We went to the Parking Spot sign and a bus came. We loaded four people and 6 bags. Took our seats just to find out we were on the wrong bus. The West bus came with a small sign saying “formerly USAIRPORT” please either have 2 spots or more markings to look for. Talking to people this happens all the time and makes us second guess using you.
The shuttle was right there when I parked my car. They pulled up right when I came out of the airport after I got my luggage. Very convenient and fast!

Staff is always friendly and nice. The shuttle is always clean and climate controlled appropriately for the weather. Being a single woman i feel absolutely safe using the parking spot.

Ease of the app and pre booking/making reservation. Also like the promotional coupons for savings for the parking spot. I mostly use the STL parking and it’s convenient. Shuttles are timely.
