Typically the shuttle comes right away, it’s convenient and most importantly, it’s cheaper than parking at the airport.

One objection I have is how the application of discounts is handled. I applied for a 25% discount, and made my reservation. Expecting on exit that discount didn't happen.

Parking Spot West is very convenient and close to the airport. Great prices if you book in advance. Friendly and helpful shuttle bus drivers for the most part. I have used Parking Spot West many times and always have a good experience. Highly recommend.

PARKING SPOT EAST IS THE BEST GARAGE PARKING EVER, IN THE WORLD. LOVE MY STAFF, DRIVERS. LOVE HOW I CAN TIP USING A QR CODE. CLEAN. BRIGHT. I DO NOT FEEL LIKE THEY FORGOT ABOUT ME. THEY ALSO PROVIDE WATER WHEN LEAVING WHICH I NEVER DO BUT IT IS A SWEET TOUCH. AND THE BEST PART IS THEIR APP. WHY DID IT TAKE ME DECADES TO TRY YOU GUYS? I AM SO STUPID.
