I arrived at 430a your staff was right there the ladies inside were great however your driver Clay was rude. I was traveling with my Boss, and she is a big lady we did not know he was waiting for us outside so when walking out to the bus he told her to hurry up clearly you can see she need ed help. He also drops us downstairs at the AA airlines terminal. He needs a customer service class or not work early hours. My boss still tipped him, but his boss needs to speak to him about his attitude other than that we love your company .

I like the option of having the use of COVERED PARKING at a reasonable price. I'm very particular about my vehicles and in today's world, most vehicle owners don't care about others. Door dings and scratches are ok to most folks. I don't like for my vehicles to sit outside any longer than they have to and your spots are keeping the weather and sun away. The shuttle to and from the airport was easy. I will definitely use again.

Short wait on the lot and short way at the pick up area at the airport (ATL). Drivers are kind and help all passengers in the boarding and unboarding process. The Spot feels safe and the free car wash is icing on the cake. Great park and fly place at Hartsfield.
