The drivers and parking attendants were very friendly and well organized.
However, when we needed to be picked up at the airport I did not know the only way to contact the driver for pick up was through the app. I did not have the app but luckily other people from our flight were also using the Parking Spot so we were picked up.
Convenience, reliability, courtesy and helpfulness of drivers
The two times that I have used Pay Spot, there was no waiting on the bus to take us to the terminal. When arriving both times, out plane was delayed and very late getting in, but our wait time was 5 minutes or less getting picked up. If you have to park your car, this is the way to go!

It is always easy to park and return to The Parking Spot East. I love when discounts are offered.
Flying out of IAH is very stressful (I don’t fly out of IAH often) and parking at the Spot makes it less so. I don’t have to worry about what terminal or where to park. Just pull into the Spot and they take me where I need to go. Also when i arrive, the bus is right there to get me and take me to my car..

Ease of reservation, ease of check-in, ease of checkout and drivers were very helpful and friendly to all passengers, even some that didn't deserve it.
There was a van right away to get me to the airport. And on my return there was a van waiting.
