Easy and fast transport to airport

All employees are very friendly and go out of their way to help with luggage. Love that the Spot bus picks up and drops off at our car. A shuttle is usually always available at the airport for pickup on return flights. The facility is clean and well maintained. Complimentary water at gate is a nice touch!

Its always easy and we had Russell both going and coming home. He was very nice and personable. I do miss being VIP and having a closer spot but it was still great.

We only use the parking spot when traveling! We've never had any issues. The shuttles are on top of it! The drivers are so friendly, especially Gary. It's truly one less thing to worry about when traveling!

It was easy to book. We really liked that someone was always there at the gates, made us feel safer. Having the shuttle pick us up at our car was a plus. While we would never expect anyone to help us with our bags, our driver insisted with a smile. He was very kind and pleasant. We got ourselves a little turned around when we got back, and when I called for help, the man I spoke to was very patient and helpful. The shuttle got to us very quickly after that, we were dropped off at our vehicle, helped with our bags again, and our driver stayed to make sure we were good to go.

Covered parking

Easy parking on lower levels right by the elevator. Drivers are always available. Pick up at airport is convenient and great. I’m a member so I love getting free days of parking. Very satisfied customer!
