When I returned on Monday August 17 around 5:45 PM, the bus driver that took me too JFK Covered Parking was fantastic. Unfortunately I failed to get her name. The parking spot number on my parking card for Aisle H was incorrect. So when she dropped me off at that number, I could not readily find my truck. Rather than just letting me deal with finding my truck on my own, she got out of the bus and walked with me down Aisle H until I found my truck. She said that "there was no way she was going to leave me until I found my truck". That is why she is fantastic and I hope that you are able to find her from among your drivers from my description, and recognize her. She highly deserves recognition for this!!

When i return the driver drove us aisle to aisle in the dark to find our car my husband left our ticket in the car later to find out my car battery had died after 15 days parked there the driver called to get someone to charge my battery and they came to charge it and it turned on mind this it was 1am they went beyond the help I needed and in the dark. So yes I'm happy to have my carparked here and future wise I will use this place again
