Friendly drivers. Water at check out. Fairly quick pick up.

Ease of checking in and out and most importantly the bus that takes you to the airport was ready as soon as we parked the car. On the return trip the bus was there to pick us up in about 5 minutes after calling to be picked up. My sister and I always park at The Parking Spot when we travel.

It was easy to book online, easy to locate the facility, and easy to pick up the shuttle bus.

The bus arrived just as we were exiting the car and your bus driver was so helpful with our bags and gave us the card with our parking spot noted on it, which we had not even taken the time to notice. Where we parked was easily identifiable though.

Upon our return, the app noting where we should stand and also noting when we were within the pickup area was great! Your driver was wonderful and helpful with our luggage.
