First of all I love the design.. can't help but smile when you see the spotty bus!! It makes the trip start on a positive note. The parking greeter is always pleasant and the lay out is easy to follow. The bus service is excellent, regular and convenient with car to airport door to car service. The prices are very reasonable. My recent visit was the first time I ordered an extra wide spot as I have a new car and it was perfect. Traveling alone I still feel safe. The bus ride is fun bouncing along with the other travellers. The drivers are always nice and helpful. The app is easy to navigate as is the payment upon exit. Spotted Bus park and ride is always my first choice adn they have 3 sites for the Houston IAH site.
It is an easy process. Only concern is signage about where to go- very confusing

Conveniently located for fast morning departures. Horrible wait time for returning and it wasn’t even a holiday. I much prefer Will Clayton 2 when I’m not rushed. Easy in and fast out.

I have been using the Parking Spot for years. Great price and service. They pick me up at my car within minutes of my arriving and when I return I am dropped off at my car. No walking through a dark parking lot at night.

I always park at the parking spot! I love how I arrive and park my car and the shuttle is almost immediately right there. Drivers are always very friendly and helpful and I love the way they drop me back off at the car upon return.
