Fast and friendly!

Easy and worry free

Parking spot north is an extremely well run facility. The staff being extremely helpful & friendly. Always willing to assist. They replaced there scanners about 6 months ago. The new scanners were an excellent investment. I’ve recommended the parking spot north several times.

Safe, convenient, reasonably priced place to park while traveling. The staff there, especially the man who picked me up at the airport and took me back to my car, were very nice and professional. He even loaded my luggage into my car for me.

To me it is the smooth and easiest offer/alternative to leaving your car somewhere safely while you fly. Having the shuttle pickup is a life saver. Everyone flying should consider this option.

great service 100% satisfy.

I love the fact that they pick you up at your car, drop you off at the gate and vice versa for your returning trip. I also love the fact that they are close by and the staff is amazing.

Convenience, less congested than spots closer to airport. Have always been able to count on a relatively quick turnaround from the parking lot to the airport.

Price and quick shuttles to and from airport

Very convenient and easy to use. Also very dependable.

The people. The gentleman that picked me up and returned me to my car was amazing.

Your people are absolutely amazing. Drivers, front desk, valets- AWESOME! Shout out to Mr. Abu & Mr. God's Child. They take care of me like family.

Easy way to park and quick shuttle service

The parking reservation via the app was easy, checking in via QR code was a breeze, drivers were friendly and accommodating, pick up at the parking area and at the airport for the return, and checking out was great!

The staff was awesome and very courteous

I love everything about it! It's so convenient and makes is so much easier on us rather than us having to drive to the airport and find a parking spot then worry about our car until we get back. The Parking Spot is amazing, we actually forgot to lock our car the first time we used y'all and worried about it all the time we were gone....but, when we got back, nothing was missing from the car and we were SO happy! We have recommended this service to all of our friends and family and will definitely be using it again and again!

Easy to reserve, easy to enter the lot, quick pick-up by the van, courteous and friendly drivers. My only complaint is the vans are VERY bumpy!

It is convenient and staff is very friendly.

Safe secure location. Excellent service and close propensity to LAX

Roomy parking spaces

Convenient on my way to the airport. Frequent shuttles for pickup.

The location being close to the airport and not having to wait a long time for transport to pick me up.

I like the ease of parking my vehicle and being picked up by the Parking Spot van and delivered to the airport. Also the ease of checking out of the lot.

It works great and my car is covered. Excellent

Easy to book.
Convenient access, quick service, friendly greeters and drivers

Everything..fast. easy. Affordable

Normally drivers are prompt in picking us up and bringing us back to our vehicle. There must have been a shortage of drivers this time because we had to wait longer than normal. Once they arrived, they were courteous and safe drivers.

Direct and prompt.

Friendly, efficient, location, safety.

used your firm before.
