Entire process was easy and efficient! Drivers were helpful. The only downside was sine I prepaid and needed to scan the QR code, I had trouble lining up with the scanner. Going in and out of the park and it wasn’t busy, neither attendant wanted to help and both were annoyed by asking for help! Everyone else gets a 10. They get a 1 They got a 1 instead of a 0 because they eventually came over and helped.

I like the service of being picked up by our car so we don’t have to walk to get to the shuttle. The shuttle comes regularly at the airport for pick up. Also, the workers who help put the luggage into the shuttle, the free water and the opportunity to pay ahead of time for a lower price. I feel that I get a lot of bang for my buck.

The security of the lot and the drivers who ensure you are taken well care of on the drive to the airport and returned to your vehicle on return

Making a reservation on-line was easy. The price was right! It was great having the shuttle seem to appear out of nowhere when I parked. The driver of the shuttle was friendly and helpful. On my return trip, the shuttle was immediately at the airport taking me to my car. Again, friendly and helpful. I will choose Parking Spot again.

Easy in easy out. I never had to wait very long for them to pick me up at the parking spot or the terminal. Every driver I got was nice they’re engaging. They all wanted to make sure I had a ticket so I remembered where my car was. The only problem I had was your exit signs when you leave at night should have a light on them I missed a few of them and had to double back.

Kenny at Parking Spot East was very kind. My husband had thrown out his back and Kenny saw me struggling to get heavy luggage loaded into the trunk of our car. He came over and lifted it in for us. Totally not expected and greatly appreciated.

Like that they are waiting at your parking spot and then drop you off at your vehicle when you return.

the gate attendant was very helpful helping me locate my reservation both when arriving and departing. The drivers both when leaving and returning were professional joyful and helpful with loading my luggage. The process was efficient an stress free. Conveniently located across the airport.
