While I normally have nothing but good praise, my check in yesterday, didn't leave me a happy customer. I'm not sure what your process is for how you know when people have entered the lot and where they may be waiting for pickup, but I entered the lot. Yesterday about 412 a or so in the morning, and I immediately found a spot in row 4
I watched 3 buses leave the lot without even driving down my row. I finally called and someone picked up and let them know I had been standing there waiting for over 15 minutes. By the time I finally exited the parking lot, it was 435a and very unacceptable.
I know that it's normally not that long. I just wanna say in the future. If you can, please make sure that your agents are being very attentive and go down each row to see who may be waiting for pickup.
