i like that when i called to confirm a person answered right away and confirmed. the driver was waiting for us on our return. the only bad thing was the app did not show that we were at Midway, but in Phoenix, our prior stop. so, i had to call, and my call was answered right away.
We got our luggage off the belt at 12:15, immediately got on the shuttle including help with our luggage, and our car was ready for us at The Parking Spot at 12:30. Super smooth!

Very straight forward process. It is easy to book the parking online, then it sends an email with a QR code which you scan upon entry (to ensure you have the discount) and then you scan again on departure and pay it.
The bus to take to the terminal was readily available and with a very friendly driver. He gives you a card with your parking location which comes handy when you come back to collect your car.
Very convenient and close to the airport. My only question is that I have been going there for many years since it was Roncari, and I don't know how to redeem my points that I have.
Transport is Quik
There were shuttle buses waiting in the aisles to take me to the airport. The drivers, both departing and returning, were courteous and helpful. After using ParkDia the last few years, I would highly recommend the Parking Spot. It only takes a few more minutes to get to the airport. The rates are excellent. I will definitely be using your services in the future.
Works smooth as silk. My only problem is the confiscatory tax you are required to charge. In my case it was about 20%. Town of Essington should be publicized and chastised for this welcome stranger approach.

Parking is covered and gated
There needs to be covered parking. Our car was parked in your lot during a bail storm. $20,000 in damage!!!
