I really enjoy using The Parking Spot because their service is easy, convenient, and secure. I especially like the valet option because I don’t have to worry about taking my car keys on my trip and possibly losing them.
The best part is returning from your trip: when the shuttle driver picks you up, they scan your ticket, and your vehicle is ready and waiting for you when you arrive. It makes traveling so much easier. Thank you for the great service!
The parking service to LAX is easy, safe and straightforward because of the services your team provides to customers like me. Thank you! The shuttle buses are more full and this usually increases the wait time. My suggestion is for this situation needs more understanding and hopefully adjustments can be made before it gets worse. Otherwise, I'm grateful for all that the service to make the parking experience that much less stressful.

It was very easy to purchase my parking and it was nice to just scan my barcode upon entry and exit had to have a person there to meet me at the airport and take me directly to my car

It’s an option for folks to consider. I do think pricing is getting out of hand and it will be cheaper to Uber each way to MCO then pay to park at TPS. Again it’s an option. Good when traveling with a group or seniors.
