As for what I didn't like this one time: the driver was talking to himself - or the air or the phone, it was hard to tell - and what he was saying was concerning to me. Along the lines of: If they do that I am going to shoot them. If you treat me ... I'm going to shoot you.
I did file a complaint with the exit booth, and the person there handled it very well.

The shuttle pick up was great. We only had a short wait at the airport. The price was much less than parking at the airport. I would definitely use Parking Spot again.
