I like using the QR code to get through the gates and into the parking garage. Reserving a spot is easy with the app and because I prepay I can scan the code and drive away when I get back to Oakland, We get free water sometimes and that is a treat.

The South site was a little off the beaten path compared to some other places, but much less busy than the West site. It was an easy entrance and to get parked quickly. It was a short walk to the shuttle pick-up, but not that bad.
Upon returning, it was the same short walk to my car, even though it was cold and snowing. Exiting the lot was easy by using my scan code, and I was on my way.

It was very easy to make online reservations. Route from our home to parking lot was quick and easy. The price was reasonable. Check-in at the lot was easy and quick. By the time we found a place we wanted to park and got our luggage out of our car, the shuttle bus was waiting behind our car. The trip in the shuttle bus to the terminal was quick. We arrived in plenty of time.
Bus drivers are always courteous and help us with our luggage.
