In general, Parking Spot South is terrific. Great prices, great service. The upgraded vans are super nice. But every now and then... there are ridiculous delays when we arrive to park. The staff at the booth don't seem too troubled by this, which doesn't help people who are nervous about catching a flight. On one occasion there were at least 15 of us waiting for a van (none on site). Another employee came in, started one of the parked vans, then began to walk into the staff building. When I asked him if he could drive he said his shift didn't start for 20 minutes. That magnified my frustration (and everyone else waiting when I told them what he said). Imagine the different outcome on client service if he had picked us all up in that van and driven us to the airport instead of waiting at least 10 minutes for the next van and stuffing in (no seats left). I recommend you give your staff the authority to make good customer service decisions like this, and, especially, explain to the staff at the gate that people are stressed about flights, TSA, luggage, and everything else. They could significantly better trained on being perceptive about that, plus thoughtful and helpful in the moment. Thanks for listening.

They pick up and drop off at your car. Workers are friendly. You don’t have to wait long.

All the staff were very friendly. I was traveling with two little kids and both drivers, departure and arrival, were happy to help with my luggage so I could focus on my kids. We park here because the service is above and beyond!
