Convenient. Pricing is fair.
I love the extra wide covered garage parking for my Lexus LS 500. The drivers are always nice and they never have had me to wait soon as I park a truck is coming to pick me up. The garage I feel is very secure for me to feel comfortable in leaving my car while I am on vacation.

Very helpful at drop off and pickup at the location. We had some challenges with where to meet the shuttle in our return to Newark. We went to number C7 but after 3 calls we were told that we needed to be at number 1.
I have been using the parking spot for about three years now. I find it easy convenient and I love to have my car waiting when I get back from a trip
I recommend TPS for anyone who doesn’t want the hassle of waiting for someone to pick them up. I have trips January 2 and February 8 and I of course will be using the parking spot.
Short wait for shuttles, helpful friendly drivers
Parking Spot 2 is just perfect for us. It’s convenient and time saving.
The quick service. Being picked up at your car, help with your bags. Then being taken to your car after being picked up at the airport and again the help with your bags. This means a lot after a long flight.

The drivers tell me where parking spots are available, they give me a reminder with my spot number on it, and the wait for shuttles is not too long.

Prompt & friendly shuttle service
Very efficient upon arrival with sign pointing to row to park and being directed to spot where bus was waiting. Upon return, the app showed where the bus was at as we had a very shot wait in the pickup spot at the airport. Bus drop-off right at our car in the lot. Very nice. The only issue was getting out of the lot, as I had trouble balancing my phone at the right angle up to the QR reader at the exit gate to be read. Overall, a great experience.
Well, we atr in our late 70's and the man at the entrance was a little grumpy - he was on the phone and and slow to help us get our parking spot code on our phone to work on your machine. We told the guy in the booth my husband had a broken leg and couldn't get out but I finally was able to get out and got it to wotk. There was another car behind us and we felt bad he wouldn't help us
The only reason I gave you a 10 is because I like it when you have promos that make parking more affordable for us.
Easy to use, nice inside parking facility
Room for improvement: there used to be someone directing us to where to park and the driver was quickly behind to pick us up. The last 2 visits we have had to wait a long time for a bus to pick us up.
