I like that the driver writes your number spot number on a card and hands it to you. When you come back the shuttle driver takes you right to the car.

We used Parking Spot 2 while on vacation. Set it up online and it worked very well.

I can’t believe it, but I left my phone on the bench at drop off. I caught it right away found the branch phone number and called from my watch. I was able to meet the driver at the pickup area and the office and driver were so kind during the matter. Had about a 10 minute panic trying to track them down!! Thankful this parking spot and shuttle crew are top notch. Always full speed ahead. This is my go to spot and am using Parking Spot 2 at least once per month.

I must share my experience when picking up my vehicle. There was a nasty note on my windshield. I was in space CC-25. The person in CC-24 left this note.

"You parked like a F'N moron! You're an idiot, hopefully you didn't reproduce! Do Better.

This is totally rude and unacceptable. I parked evenly in the parking space I was directed to. This person must have had a bad day.

Can I email or fax a copy of this note to your management?
