Easy in. Easy out. The shuttle drivers are very kind and helpful. They are ready at your car as soon as you park and they are at the airport waiting for you to get off the plane even in the middle of the night. 100% recommend. I do recommend to anyone who says they're going to be flying out of Bradley international airport.

Very easy to reserve spot. Shuttle was there almost before I was out of the car! Only waited a couple mins upon return for shuttle. Drivers were very polite and helpful!!! Would definitely recommend!

Everything was perfect until we got back to the airport and we needed the van to pick us up. We snd another couple were waiting for 45 minutes to get picked up .

I am an older woman and regardless of the time of day, I have always felt safe in your parking lot. The people at the front gate are always cordial and helpful. I cannot say enough good things about your van drivers. They are always friendly and welcoming. Every driver has been extremely helpful, always telling me "Get on the van, Ma'am, I have your bags." What a blessing!
