Parking here is so quick, easy and convenient! My wait time for a shuttle was literally zero. The van was waiting for me at my car in the parking lot and upon my return at the airport. I use The Parking Spot every time I travel from BWI airport.

The Parking Spot is user friendly from online reservation to parking to check out after your trip. The staff and drivers at the DFW North location were professional and courteous. The Parking Spot is our preferred provider for covered parking and transit to and from DFW. We are very satisfied customers. 5 Stars, Well done!!

What do you like about our services?

Overall the experience was very good. When we came back to PHX, it was unclear on the app exactly where I should be going for pickup. Zone 4 was not remotely descriptive of where I needed to be. When I eventually found the card, that had better instructions and I was able to find it, but I'd recommend amending the app instructions to read more like the card instructions, becaue as it is it's very unclear.
