The gentleman that picked us up from the airport (CMH) not only loaded and unloaded our luggage - 4 large suitcases and 4 carry-on luggage, but he also put every piece in our car. We very much appreciated him doing all of this because we were in the air about 9 hours thus extremely tired

Very easy to use their online service to make a reservation for a parking spot and to use the app for entry and exit. Never really had to wait long to be picked up to be taken to the airport. The longest I had to wait for transportation back to the parking lot after a flight was no longer than 5 minutes. Every staff member I have come into contact with have been very friendly.
