I know my car is safe there. The attendant at check in is friendly. The drivers are professional and kind. The service is great. They whisk you away when you arrive. I have never had to wait long at Midway to get picked up. I’ve used them countless times and have never had a problem.

Just that its convenient, I like how I can reserve my spot and decide if I want covered or non covered, the driver picks you up gives you a piece of paper so I dont have to remember where I parked then you get huddled to the airport and its easy to find the pickup spot once you return, this is my 2nd time using you guys and im pretty satisfied with the service so I will continue to use it when I travel.

The covered parking garage was great! It kept our car out of the sun, out of any weather plus it had secure fences. Much nicer than most covered parking options.

Covered parking with reasonable prices
We were a little skeptical the last couple months we had to wait 20 minutes or more to be picked up from the car. But this last visit within five minutes someone was there so I think Spot has worked out all the kinks so thank you.
