Everything! 1st, very prompt. Driver seen me pull in and pulled up to my car. Quick and easy access at STL (I parked at #2 spot). Plus a frequent flyer loyalty program. Plus cheaper than airport parking. Plus terminal 2 at STL is always full so good luck wasting your time going there just to find out it's full. And lastly, driver seen me fast-walking to bus at airport and got out and waited for me.
Those small things that seem petty, really make a difference. I tip them because they care. Hardly anyone else cares like they do these days.

Your services were great right up until my wife and I were dropped off at the wrong car port on the Premium side. And we had to walk around to find our vehicle. That was a bit of am inconvenience. This has never happened before, even after handing our shuttle driver our parking card.

I was able to get in on a sale online in the summer for our fall vacation. Pulling up with the QR code and then parking was great. The shuttle arrived fast and the attendant took our luggage and placed it in the rack then we went to the airport. The attendant took our luggage off the shuttle and we were on our way to check-in, very seamless. Returning from our vacation was identical. The attendant was great.

Been a loyal customer for years. Fast friendly courteous pick up right at your parking spot...same for pick up at the airport to the lot. Suggestion - shuttle should offer complimentary water. Appreciate the rewards/loyalty program.
