We have been using the parking spot for 3 years now and have recommended them to family and friends. We came home once from FL to our truck shoveled out from the snow. Recently, we left our sunroof open and they noticed and covered it for us so when it rained, it didn’t ruin my car. There happened to be a horrible storm while we were away, so we were grateful! They also give you bottle water when you leave. They are amazing!

Easy drop off. Give them keys, get on the bus and they take you to the gate. I like option to have car washed as well. Easy getting back once you get to the transportation center--not Parking Spot's problem, just issue with BNA logistics.

Kathleen was so patient and helpful when I thought I lost my cell phone when in reality it just fell out of my pocket in the parking lot. My driver at my drop off was also super helpful and kind.

Usually pretty quick. This time, however, there were 3 vans for the Will Clayton spot and I waited 10 minutes for the JFK.
