I like the convenience of parking off the airport property. The jitney service to and from the terminal is stress free and the drivers are friendly and SUPER helpful. The price is easy on my budget and I like building points for free parking.

The staff are always accommodating. During my last visit, the Hispanic woman at the gate was very customer focused and friendly. I flew into the the wrong airport and had to Uber to my car. She explained why the Uber couldn’t go past the gate but made sure a shuttle picked us to get me to my car. I was definitely worried I would have to walk to the back. She reassured me that it would be alright and she would take care of making sure we got to our car.

Easy location to get to, drivers are right there to pick us up and are courteous and helpful.

Great service, friendly staff, very helpful and timely buses to pick up. I was supposed to park my car, parked in wrong place, went back and went into line, gentlemen came up and said he would park for me, didin't know till I went inside I was supposed to go to a different place. Long story short girl and front desk told me I could pay for vip for an up charge, and didn't cost me what I thought I would have to spend. Awesome service all the way around I'll definately use you guys on my next vacation. Thank you for your great staff. Name removed

Prompt to be picked up in Parking Lot to Love Field and helped me put on/take off suit case from van.
Return to Parking Spot: did not wait long for van to lot. Driver was helpful again with my suitcase on and off van.

It was nice to park and the van picks you up and take you to the airport and right back to your car service was great. The only issue I had was when getting dropped off, I said Sprit and the driver dropped us off at the opposite end of thermal A. That was an issue for me using a walker and my legs hurting. Having to walk all the way to the opposite end of the airport. Other then that things were very nice and very good. I really enjoyed the service.

I use the Parking Spot every time I go on a trip. The Website is very easy to use. I always feel like my vehicle is safe and secure. The shuttle to and from the Airport is awesome!! Definitely 10 stars!! Highly recommend!!

Easy access in and out

We enjoyed the shuttle service, especially after we came back from our flight after midnight! Nice to have a full shuttle service that was safe and efficient to and from the Southwest terminal as so many of the passengers were also. Thank you.
