I’ve used The Spot several times and have been very pleased with the staff, frequent buses, valet covered parking, car detailing, and reasonable prices. Did the Bradley parking garage On a short trip, wish I hadn’t. Dirty, did not feel safe arriving back late at night. I’ll stick with The Spot for multiple reasons!!!

Besides the covered parking options and discounts, I love the shuttle service. Always a shuttle waiting before I even finish unloading my bags. Always a shuttle waiting once I depart the airport. Drivers are top notch, helpful, and courteous! I’ve parked at almost every lot/hotel in the area and you all are by far the best.

Easy entry and exit. Your drivers very helpful and pleasant. Always easy to find the shuttle.
Everything except the app. 1) made a reservation and when we returned from our trip, was told that I needed to use a different card due to using an expired one. The staff said "You need to remove the expired one from the app". Well the expired one wasn't even in the app! 2) the app told me to call to arrange the return of my car. Then the app said "your car will be ready". Overall, the people are great. The app needs some help.
