I love that the shuttle driver handles my luggage for me; it would be a struggle for me to carry it in and out of the shuttle. The price is lower than the airport garage, plus the service is better and the shuttle ride is the same distance as the garage shuttle. Every employee that I’ve interacted with has been friendly, helpful, and professional. And the bottle of water at the parking lot exit is just what I need after a long, dry airplane ride.
Lower cost. Close to airport. Used frequently (5 times a year) never waited in the lot for transport. When coming back from a destination rarely wait - transport there 90% of the time. Those times shuttle not there, responds within five minutes. Even early morning (12:30am a couple weeks ago, shuttle waiting for us.
Being able to drop vehicle off under a cover spot and being taken to the airport by shuttle and also pick being picked up from airport and take. Back to vehicle .

I truly like your services. All your drivers are very pleasant and helpful. I like that your busses circle the airport quite frequently so I never have to wait very long. HOWEVER My plans recently changed and I tried to cancel my reservation. BUT since I had prepaid (which I feel is a bonus to your company) I was told it was nonrefundable. HOWEVER if I had agreed to pay upon exiting the parking lot, I could get a refund. I will never prepay again!! Also, your rates are now higher than the parking lots on the same street. Other than earning points, I am failing to see the advantage of the membership.

Easy entry and exit. Shuttle is ready to pick you up when you park. What I would like to see improvement on is shuttle time at the airport to take you back to the parking lot. I’ve missed a couple of them by minutes.
Super convenient and cheaper than all other options. Our car is in covered parking and it stays safe while we are away. The shuttle picks us up at the car and drops us off at our car. The driver even helps put our bags in the car.

This is a f/u survey from the initial one completed where I had expressed frustration/disappointment on my last parking reservation. Without any expectation, I received feedback from general manager Santresea Brown who recognized my concerns and provided a full refund + addtl free stay days for my future reservation. I feel this action from her was super satisfactory to support my concerns which has restored my willingness to continue using The Parking Spot 2 going forward.Thank you again Ms Brown for your acknowledgement and action to satisfy my issue!

Efficient
The Parking Sot is great place to ark safely. Also it touchless, you just use your cellphone to handle everything. The driver a very nice that transport us to and from the airport, taking care the luggage & waiting until we are safely in our vehicles. The Parking Spot is very professional.

It is an ease to park your car and for the shuttle to arrive. Once my car is parked I feel like my vacation has begun.
