I appreciated a personable employee to check me in and direct me as to where to park. Quick shuttle pick up after parking. Shuttle driver took care of me and my baggage both departing and returning.
I spent a little more but would do it again because I felt safe and someone was looking out for my needs. Including a bottle of water for my return home on a very hot day,

Convenient, covered parking

Normally you’re very quick about picking up at the airport. On my last trip it took almost 40 minutes before a shuttle arrived. I used the app and even called. I was at terminal B and saw several shuttles just go back to the PS location. I then had an issue trying to exit the Parking Spot lot. The card reader would not work with any card I tried. Could not swipe or read the chip, just kept saying “Error Unable to Continue”. Even when the agent came out they had issues getting the inside equipment to work. Not a very good experience this trip. Hopefully it will be better on my next trip next week.

Convenience of knowing I have a parking spot when I create the reservation. I also like the covered parking. The buses are quick to pick me up and get me on my way.

Easy in and out, the covered parking and the shuttle drivers are always nice and helpful especially with getting my luggage on and off the shuttle. Great service all around!!

Easy to use and friendly drivers

This was my first time using The Parking Spot as a family member recommended it. I was extremely pleased with the service. As a woman travelling alone, I felt comfortable knowing the shuttle service was available early in the morning and the parking lot was secure.

Convenience of booking online and through app. Checking in and out through app.

I love the ease of making a reservation and the check in/out process. My only suggestion is to install more spaces where electric vehicles can charge.

So easy!. I like there is a clerk in the booth if there are challenges with scanning. With that said, I do like the ease of scanning the qrs now. It's so much easier..also, the water bottles on exit are always a nice touch!

Been parking at this location well before they became the parking spot. Great service then, even better now. I am in and out in 5 min. Don’t waste your time anywhere else.
