Only thing I have an issue with is the parking spaces are narrow

I tried the TPS West option for several flight and am back to the South lot. It seems like I don't have to wait around as long and I'm taken right to my car without problem. The West lot was always interesting.

Great service better than parking at the airport they take you right from the trunk of your car to the departures gate and upon your return right back to the trunk of your car even put the bags in the trunk for you. Shuttle service was quick driver was professional, and pleasant to deal with. Will use again. And the price was better than airport parking as well.

I like the drop off and pick up directly at our vehicles. I wish website was a little easier to navigate. Also, discount codes don’t apply at check out.

Convenient location, reservations and payment through the app, covered parking, frequent shuttles that pick you up at your car and drop you off at gate. Price is fair and a lot lower than the airport parking garage.

Quick and right to my car

I feel very safe leaving my car while I travel. Shuttles are usually prompt, and I appreciate that the drivers make sure that the car is unlocked and help get luggage into my trunk, especially when I arrive at night.

All went great, quick turnarounds. The only issue is leaving with my vehicle and the poor clear signage to properly find the exit.

Your shuttle drivers are real nice, it's easy to get in and park and it's not all that expensive

The valet experience is wonderful!

Fast quick and easy. Only problem is had was I came back a day earlier and still had to pay for the extra day I feel like it should adjust your bill when you scan out of the lot early because if I stayed later if would charge me a extra day.

I never have to wait to be picked up by my car or at the airport

I like that I can park my car then be shuttled to the airport by a friendly driver who loads and unloads my luggage for me. The shuttle is clean and comfortable. When I return from my trip, it’s easy to catch the shuttle back to my car. I have used The Parking Spot valet service in winter. When I return from my trip my car is cleared of snow and is running so that it’s warmed up.

Everything went good. Took a little while once we came back to get picked up, but other than that it was a great experience and I would use them again.
