I love how easy it is to check in and out. The shuttle picks you up at car pretty quickly.

BUT, there needs to be a better way for shuttle to pick up at airport. When I first started using it was very quick to pick me. But the last 2 times I have had to wait, along with at least 30 other people, at least 20 minutes. That would have been ok except that there is no organization and the people that just arrived at pick up spot were getting on before people that had been waiting a while. There needs to be more shuttles running more often and maybe a start of line area so people will line up properly.

I’ve been parking at East multiple times a month for close to three years. I have never had trouble and have always had wonderful drivers!!! I prefer uncovered, but have used covered twice when I anticipated and snow storm. Otherwise, uncovered is my Go To!

I have never had anything happen to my car, nor have I even remotely worried about my safety. The Spot drivers are all very vigilant watching for passengers to pick up at their cars, and more times than not - they’ll be waiting for you before you are out of your car.

The only negative experience I’ve had was when a man that rode before us lost his keys. This customer had been drinking on his flight, solely based on his smell from a distance (no wonder he lost his keys, lmao). He kept the bus from leaving the garages for over 20m while he checked everywhere a COUPLE times. 😂

Don’t get me wrong - I understand the reasoning for how it was handled, and I would probably want the same if I were in his shoes. However, I would’ve preferred to be shifted to a different bus rather than wait for the delightful tequila cologne man to find his keys. Instead, those of us that were running close on time (cough, cough) wouldn’t have been running thru the airport to catch our flight.

NOTE: Just don’t arrive as late as I always do… each. and. every. time.

For those that don’t want to read it all - Summary: Safe, Friendly and Fun, Quick, Helpful, and TIP THEM, gosh darn it!!

Parking Spot Corporate: PLEASE bring back the option on app to notify when we arrive, rather than having to call and work to figure out which option to pick. After flying, nobody wants to listen to an automated message and try to focus on which to chose, then wait for it to connect to tell them you’ve arrived. Give us an arrival/pick up button in the app, PLEASE!!!

Shuttle pulls up Immediately after I park. And one is waiting for me as I exit the airport on return trip
